1.8.08 Wallyblog-We found Berty..but are we alone??

Hello everyone! Well, I´m pleased to report that we landed safely! Well Absy landed on top of me which winded me for a minute but I´m OK now. When I was still in the air I got such a fright when I looked down and I could see all these really huge scary monster things But when we landed they turned out to just be massive rock carvings like people, but I wouldn´t like to meet one in the flesh I can tell you
And we found Berty! He was none the worse for wear really, as daft as ever. Absy was so pleased to see him!
He´s been hunting for things to eat and eating berries and drinking from rock pools. We call him Robinson Berty now
And it´s a sunny tropical kind of place, not a bad place if you have to get lost somewhere, so we like it
Anyway, once we´d recovered from the fright of having to jump out of that pesky helicopter we decided to have a look round.
Sadly Berty was right, we couldn´t find any easter eggs but there must be some somwhere? How stupid to call a place Easter Island when there isn´t an easter agg to be found
Well we have to figure out how to get off the island now. It seems that the helicopter pilot gave Absy a mobile phone....but she dropped it from her parachute!
So now we´re all stranded
And you know I do keep getting this strange feeling that we´re being watched. Berty said he´d felt that too, but we couldn´t see anyone. Maybe it´s just because it´s a strange place. But it´s kind of creepy....And if anyone is watching us I do hope they´re friendly.....

Hello! So glad you landed safely! I´m afraid that me and Bubble crashed the jelly-copter and are now having to stow away in an empty train carriage back to Wales. Bubble says that it´s my fault for trying to steer with my eyes closed Oh, well, Good luck!

That wind when I supposedly landed you....... are you sure it isn´t an excuse for letting off a little bit of you know what??? he he he - NO I did land on you tho´... I am girly dog and need a soft landing!! I´m sure I saw something hiding behind that rockman thing....... I will the Easter Eggs soon I have nose for that kind of thing especially when its FOOD!! yum yum... berries?... I need more than that to sustain myself..... as you know I have very healthy appetite.......

LOOK OUt!! Behind you. A weirdo with a spear I believe!!!

You must get off that island quickly - it´s not safe. It´s like Hansel and Gretel, who were lured to the witches hut made out of sweets. You´ve been lured by the name of the place, thinking there´d be lots of easter eggs. I know these things. I´m a clever dog.
