Kicking the Habit in Bogotá...

We said our good byes to our good buddy, Rowan. He gave us all Panama hats. Wasn’t that kind of him?
When we arrived in Bogotá we sent the ladies shopping. They were thrilled to do a bit of hard core shopping. Wally disappeared to score some coke, so I had a little impromptu meeting with Fiona, before the official meeting tomorrow. Now if you have seen the photos of Fiona, before she found a her new family, who are now taking brilliant care of her. She looked beautiful and gorgeously rounded – not a bag of bones anymore.
Anyway she wanted to show me the streets of Bogotá – they used to be her home. A very scary place. People were throwing things at her, and she never had anything to eat. It was a horrid and scary existence. I felt so bad for her, and I wanted to cry. I was patting her paw and trying to comfort her, when this silly donkey kept butting in. It was impossible to continue our serious conversation when this uncouth fella kept butting in and blaring eeeeewwww-awwwwww. Nonstop it was. In the end Fiona had to leave, and I saw Wally in the distance dragging this huge sack of something over the square in the middle of town, so we said our good byes and arranged to meet tomorrow instead.
Wally showed up with loads of coke – apparently it’s the in thing to do to snort coke. I tried it, but all those fizzy bubbles going up your nose is dreadful. I’m sorry, but this is one habit I’ll have no problem kicking. What a load of cobblers that was. We still had fun though. Farting and burping competition. I think Wally did the best burps, but there is no doubt in my mind that my farts were more lethal
Take care people. I look forward to spending some donkey free time with Fiona tomorrow!
See ya
Mikkel
