About me

I live with 3 cats. I have lived with as many as 7 cats at once. In April, my best cat friend, Keiko, passed away. Now, my new cat friend, Pippy, (black and white kitty) has taken over and I almost think she is Keiko. I am almost deaf and kind of going blind, but, hey, I am over 13 years old and how many years is that in dog years? You do the math--I can´t--I´m old......

Paper, trash, stealing food from the table--I am a trash dog. I like food, food, food (anything, but not the KD dry food I am supposed to eat). I am most hungry after I eat. Starving in fact...what´s with that???

Mommy touching my face--I told her I like a dirty, filthy face. It adds character.

What makes me special

Adopted from Grammie Barbara´s dog, Lady´s last litter, (a mistake??), a Springer Spaniel. Father was Benjie, a one night stand...Someone let her out unattended. Ebony cat is 19 years old. She has been on Hospice since 1999. So have I for the last few years. I guess I have no kidney function, so they say. I don´t listen and just do what I want. Ebony and I share the waterbed with that bossy striped kitty named Kitty (isn´t that original?). We sleep alot. Ebony is the Queen just because she had cancer and is still around. I guess that´s why she´s called the "Miracle Kitty" and everyone always thanks God and all.

I must think I am because they were here before I was and I grew up with them all. I think I like catnip because they like it so much, but maybe I´m getting something out of it. I don´t tell anyone, I just scoop it up so the kitties don´t get it...

Thanks for your comments TuckerDoodle. Sophie has grown up with the cats and she thinks she is a cat. That´s why she likes catnip, I guess. You have to watch your step around here. It´s hot now, but I bet it´s hotter where you are.
