Sorry to hear about Sampson. It sounds like you did the best you could. He will still be looking out for you and be very proud. When I had to put Nanuk down last year it was very hard. The day the time came I could see in his eyes that he was ready.

Nanuk went every where with me and he was my first dog. I had family pets before. He was a very good security dog.

Once he had passed I got him cremated and spread his ashes in his favourite park. It took me about 10 months to get Keisha but constantly I still talk about Nanuk.

Anyway, thinling of you at this moment all the best.

just wanted to say that reading about your loss of sampson was terrible and we had to make that dreaded choice last year with our 10yr old rottie shona and it was one of the worst days for us and the kids because all they had known was that she was always around from when they came into the world ,and she also had cancer and i under stand what you mean with the way that rotties hold their age well she was a wonderful pet and yes a sook
and yes people dont under stand what a wonderful breed and protecter they are ,i use to laugh when id walk shona and you´d see people ahead but they would always cross the road before they got to close to you. but now we have byson and his great and yes its still the same when were on walks its a pity people assume they must be aggressive

cancer is so evil.. but we are happy to know that you are free from the pain.. im sure you´re mum is happy to know that you are over there in rainbow bridges and im pretty sure she still loves you alot.. just always look after her!

we´ll still see each other at the other side!
