You keep on taking that medication now! My mum used to give me mine every evening as I suffered real bad with arthritis and it made all the difference. Didn´t quite get as far as running the London Marathon, you know, but it helped the old bones cope Rosie

Hi Sam, thanks for adding Taz and me. I´m sorry to hear your legs aren´t so good, poor Taz had really bad back leg problems too, so my Mum knows how upsetting it must be for your family. Your hydrotherapy looks like great fun though!

hi thanks buds i have been to the vets today and Ben(the vet) told mum i had pulled a muscle in my leg that is why i keep falling over mum has been very upset all weekend i don´t let her see me watching her but i no she is love SAM

thanks for your loverly comments my legs are not to good at the moment mum and dad have got me a wheelchair but being very independant im not having any of it i will try to walk till i cant no longer its upseting my mum but i wont let it get the better of me love sam you would enjoy swimming in the pool there´s bubbles and no i dont make them
