Click on My Profile, under where it shows your username you will find Posts In Fourms. Click on the numbers and this will show what posts you have made and in what threads on the forum

If you look in my profile (yours), the purple box at the top of the page, you will see a section say post in forum just click on that & it will show you what you have written & which forum you have written in, hope this helps

Once you have clicked on My Profile and the Posts In Forum number, you can then click on the thread title which is shown in blue at the top of each post.

The same also applies to comments you have left for other uses and dogs. Click on My Profile and then click on the Comments number, you will then see a list of comments you have left with a picture of the user or dog at the side. Then click on the picture if you wish to return to that profile.
