Hi, Thanks for the comments on all my dogs.
Whisper can make a lot of noise but when we get him to talk to us we taught him to whisper.
Border Collies are generally quiet dogs but Whisper spend 2 years with my Rainbow Sheltie Luke, who taught him to talk loud
