Thank you for the comment. I don´t know what papillions are like, sorry. All chi´s are different. My Isabella is sweet and loving, but I had another chi who was mean and nasty. So it can go either way. I suggest you read more about chihuahuas and pappilions and then you can make a good educated decision. Sorry I can´t be more help.
