First.No, Sherman is perfactly able to get his toys down himself - from that tree that is, since it´s not very high. So he really did it himself.

As for the beach - It was the one and only time Sherman visited a real beach with sand and everything. We live in the mountains. We used to go on vacation to the lakes - in the beginning he didn´t like it - he was afraid of water and didn´t want to go in - he he he
Now he learned and has much fun playing in the water when it´s hot.

Thats good because if he didn´t get into the water he would be missing a lot of fun, just wish I could get used to the ponds, and streems, but I love to dive in the water at the beach and chase the seagles

The cat you´ce seen is a saint birman cat, not a siamese. He brought up Sherman - he is 3 years older than Sherman. It´s a peculiar friendship, because Sherman respects the cat - he has to - butthey play together sometimes, for example chasing mice.

Oh I am sorry for the insult I have never heard of a saint birman, He just looked like moms cat she got as a stray only difference is he is real skinny yours is a nice weight. I will be sure to tell mom he isn´t a siamease(M)

And the ears: after they were cut (we bought him that way) his ears were in bandages. That day we took bandages down and then had to put his ears up. But I don´t have a picture with his ears while they were in the process of putting up.
