I´ve met such a person before. There was this man walking with hius daughter, Teddy was interested so he stuck his head out slightly to get a sniff. He was still about 2 feet away from the man. The man stamped at him becase the daughter was scared. Teddy didn´t even want to touch them or abything, he only wanted a sniff. Teddy got very scared so he tried to run away. He was straining so hard at the collar it came off. Teddy was about 8 months only then.
